Full Job Description
We are seeking dependable enthusiastic individuals to join our team. Responsibilities and Qualifications:-Welcome guests in a friendly, prompt, and professional manner.-Routinely book guest reservations for individuals and/or groups that are requested either by phone or from within the hotel, process cancellations, revisions, and information updates on changes.-Register guests, issue room keys, provide information on hotel services and room location.-Ensure proper delivery of guest's special requests (i.e. extra pillows, additional preferences)-Respond appropriately to guest complaints. Make every appropriate service recovery gesture in order to ensure total guest satisfaction.-Accurately process all cash and credit card transactions in accordance with established procedures including but not limited to posting all charges, completing cashier and other reports, and counting/securing assigned bank.-Must be able to multi-task, be detail oriented, and problem solve in order to effectively deal with internal and external guests.-Must be able to maintain composure and objectivity while under pressure.-Work as part of a team and communicate with other departments.-Maintain the cleanliness of the hotel lobby and common areas.-Perform other duties as assigned.
