Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in a hotels, environment. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service. Working Sundays is required.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Maintain cleanliness in guest rooms, common areas, and restrooms according to established standards.
- Handle laundry services as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens.
- Ensure proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as directed by housekeeping management.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries or requests with professionalism.
Experience
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods is a plus.
- Experience in hospitality settings such as hotels or resorts is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
