Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a pristine environment
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining spaces to uphold hotel standards
- Care for floors through sweeping, mopping, and polishing to keep all surfaces spotless and safe for guests and staff
- Restock supplies like towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure guest needs are met promptly
- Follow safety procedures during cleaning tasks and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to management for prompt resolution
- Adhere to hotel policies on hygiene, safety, and guest privacy at all times
Experience
- Prior experience in hotel housekeeping preferred
- Background in cleaning demonstrates strong attention to detail and efficiency
