About the Role
We're looking for a reliable and motivated Morning Chef to join our kitchen team. This is a fast paced brunch service where teamwork, communication, and consistency are essential.
You'll work alongside our Head Chef to prepare fresh, high quality dishes while helping maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen. We're looking for someone who enjoys working on the line, has solid cooking experience, and wants to grow with our team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook breakfast and brunch menu items to our standards.
- Work efficiently during busy morning service.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Support fellow chefs and create a positive team environment.
- Communicate well and help keep kitchen operations running smoothly.
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
- Bring new ideas and creativity while working with the Head Chef on seasonal specials and menu development.
Qualifications
- Previous experience cooking in a professional kitchen.
- Comfortable working all stations on the line.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to help your teammates.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work early morning shifts.
- Passion for great food and continuous learning.
