About the Role
We're looking for an experienced and dependable Baker to join our early morning team. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys starting the day before sunrise and takes pride in creating fresh baked goods from scratch.
You'll be responsible for preparing and baking our daily selection of pastries, breads, and other baked goods while maintaining high quality and consistency. We value teamwork, organization, and a positive attitude in a fast paced kitchen.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake pastries, breads, muffins, cookies, and other baked goods from scratch.
- Follow recipes while maintaining consistency and quality.
- Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and other bakery items.
- Ensure products are ready before opening each morning.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to keep production running smoothly.
- Help develop new seasonal bakery items and daily specials.
Qualifications
- Previous bakery or professional kitchen experience preferred.
- Experience working with scratch baking techniques is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and stay organized.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to support the team.
Schedule
- Full-time and part-time positions available
- Early morning shifts required (typically starting between 3:00 AM and 5:00 AM)
- Weekend availability required
- Flexible scheduling based on experience and availability
