What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Manager for Manufactured Home Community position at Cobblestone Assets?
We are looking for a part-time Property Manager to join our team. This team member would be responsible for the direct management oversight of our community. The perfect candidate will be friendly, helpful, creative, willing to go above beyond take great care of our residents. Some light maintenance experience is a plus. Monday-Friday 4-5 hours per day.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of assigned property
- Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards
- Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
- Negotiate lease/contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner
- Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract residents
- Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses
Skills
- Proven work experience as Property Manager
- In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management
- Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software
- Customer focus and bottom line orientation
- Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills
- Well organized with excellent time management skills
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
