Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) – Fee for Service (Per Diem)

Join our compassionate homecare team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of pediatric patients and their families. We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, individualized care in a home setting.
Position Type: Per Diem (Fee for Service)
Compensation:
- $85 per routine visit
- $105 per recertification/discharge
- $120 per admission
Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes
- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Complete admissions, recertifications, and discharge visits
- Educate patients and families on care plans, treatments, and disease management
- Monitor patient progress and report changes in condition
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with agency and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Homecare experience is a plus
- Strong clinical, assessment, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable transportation for home visits
