What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage Supply Orders - Pull, package, and ship daily customer supply orders efficiently and accurately.
- Inventory Management - Receive incoming supply shipments, post them in E-Automate, and stock shelves.
- Process Returns & Backorders - Fulfill customer backorders and process returned supply orders promptly.
- Coordinate with Teams - Work closely with administrative departments and maintain strong knowledge of the Parts Coordinator role.
- Assist with Deliveries - Support receiving inventory orders, equipment, and parts deliveries as needed.
- Maintain Organization - Keep warehouse and inventory areas clean and well-organized.
- Follow Safety & Compliance - Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations.
- Work with a Team - Provide excellent communication and professionalism with customers and colleagues.
What We're Looking For:
✔ Strong organizational skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
✔ Attention to detail - Ensure orders are processed efficiently and correctly.
✔ Physical capability - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
✔ Tech-savviness - Experience with Microsoft Office and general office procedures.
