The typical base pay range for this role is between $81,500 - $93,200. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.

Manages project coordination, data analytics, reporting, and day-to-day logistics to ensure smooth execution of business priorities. Serves as a key point of contact for scheduling, communications, and project management, supporting both the leadership team and broader business initiatives. The analyst will work collaboratively across all of CoBank's functions and with their leaders to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Essential Functions
- Executes on project management of ongoing business initiatives, including but not limited to project tracking, status updates, agendas and documentation. Holds project team members accountable for assigned deliverables.
- Delivers data analytics services, which may include data collection, preparation, analysis, modeling, visualization, reporting & presentations to provide clear, actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders.
- Identifies and suggests process improvements, analytical tools, and techniques for administrative and operational efficiency.
- Works effectively within cross-functional teams to facilitate organization flow, address challenges and drive organizational improvements.
- Provides administrative and operational support to assigned executives and teams for division priorities, as well as day-to-day projects and tasks. Coordinates and schedules meetings, manages calendars, and arranges travel for executives and team members as needed.
- Proactively seek opportunities to enhance technical expertise and strategic thinking; stays abreast of external conditions and best practices.
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Bachelor's degree may be substituted with four (4) years of directly related experience. Four (4) years of experience is in addition to stated experience requirements.
- 2 years of experience of combined experience in data analytics, executive support or advanced business support required
- Prior Experience with reporting and data analysis required
- Prior Experience in banking, financial services preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a high degree of intellectual curiosity / desire to learn
- Ability to drive custom analysis and modeling in Excel and produce relevant outputs in PowerPoint with direction, to inform project planning and execution
- Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources to support data-driven decisions
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively on a wide variety of tasks, in cross-functional teams and or across multiple departments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (CoPilot, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Occasional work outside normal business hours and limited travel may be required
