Cobaltix is looking for a senior technology consultant with experience working directly with clients, planning and implementing major technology projects. Time management and excellent communication are key. Our team IS our reputation, and clients rely on us, so learning on the job is a constant.Total comp is $140k-$170k (base salary plus monthly bonus), with $10k signing bonus. This is a local, on-site role, and it is not a contract position.These are the technology skills that are required:Advanced Windows Server (on-premises and cloud) and Active Directory management and troubleshootingAzure architecture, migrations, and troubleshooting (cloud-only and hybrid environments)Advanced Entra ID (Azure AD) and Microsoft 365 identity management, including MFA, SSO, and Entra Identity GovernanceMicrosoft 365 architecture, administration, and security, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and TeamsExchange Server and mail flow architecture, administration, and troubleshooting, including enterprise mail securityIntune, AutoPilot, and JAMF device management and deploymentAdvanced PowerShell and Graph API scripting; Bash and Python scriptingHyper-V, VMware, and Veeam backup and disaster recovery planningNetworking experience with Meraki and Palo Alto solutionsReal experience, not just book learning or certs. Other experience (Linux, storage, distributed environments) is a plus, too.We really care about our people.
