We’re seeking a Sales Manager to lead, coach and grow a high-performing in-home services sales team. Reporting directly to the President, this is your chance to shape a team that will drive the company's ambitious growth plans and be very well rewarded for it.

You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading and developing an in-home sales team to consistently achieve revenue targets
- Implementing coaching routines, performance reviews, and development pathways
- Providing hands on leadership to a growing team and shaping future structure
- Managing pricing, margins, forecasting, and sales performance metrics
- Collaborating closely with operations, marketing, finance, and senior leadership.
You’ll need:
- 6 years’ proven sales management experience (home services preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to coach individuals into reliable top performers
- Financial acumen to manage pricing, margins & performance metrics
- Energy, accountability, and the drive to lead from the front
- A positive mindset, commercial thinking, resilience, and a customer centred approach
- Strong command of CRM systems, performance reporting, and sales enablement tools.
Location: Based in Raleigh or Fayetteville, NC with regular in-office time for team coaching, meetings, and culture-building.
