You'll be responsible for
- Leading all day to day operations of the practice and ensuring an exceptional patient experience
- Coaching, developing, and inspiring a high performing team across clinical support and administrative functions
- Driving accountability, performance, and continuous improvement throughout the practice
- Monitoring key performance indicators
- Optimising systems, workflows, communication, and patient flow to maximise efficiency and service quality
You'll need
- Previous experience as a Practice Manager, Practice Director, Operations Manager, or similar leadership role within a dental practice
- Clear experience and understanding of a dental front office
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams
- A proven track record of improving operational performance, patient experience, and team engagement
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to understand business performance metrics
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship building skills
- A passion for excellence and a genuine desire to create world class patient experiences
