What You’ll Do
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems on commercial, multifamily, and industrial construction projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
- Install conduit, feeders, branch circuits, panels, lighting, devices, and electrical equipment.
- Perform electrical troubleshooting and corrective repairs while maintaining high production standards.
- Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code, local regulations, and company quality standards.
- Work closely with project managers, foremen, apprentices, and other trades to keep projects on schedule.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following OSHA and company safety policies.
- Mentor apprentices and contribute to a positive team culture.
What We’re Looking For
- Current Oregon Journeyman Electrician License.
- Commercial and multifamily electrical experience preferred.
- Apartment wireman experience is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Commitment to quality workmanship and job site safety.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to pass a background check.
Compensation
- Journeyman Electrician Starting at $55 per hour
- Foreman Up to $60 per hour
- General Foreman Up to $65 per hour
- Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and leadership responsibilities.
