What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cobalt TN Final Finish Technician position at Cobalt Boats, LLC?
Summary: To clean both inside/outside of the boat, apply and install all graphics, final parts, and soft grip. Pack all loose parts and prep boat for shipping.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Remove all seats from boat, vacuum the carpet, wipe dust and dirt from all areas utilizing various cleaning detergents
- Verify correct final parts, and graphics are being installed using the laser level when needed
- Wipe excess compound from the hull.
- Briefly inspect inside/ outside of the boat for damage,
- Pack and place the loose parts per the order in the set location,
- Install various warning stickers,
- Set tower down and cover boat with shrink cover to ensure boat is ready for shipping.
- Install vents, swim boards, and emblems per work order.
- Other duties may be assigned.

Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
Education and/or Experience
Less than high school education; or up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with high frequency of variables
