Caffè Di Fiore is a family-owned Mexican–Italian restaurant known for its beautiful atmosphere, exceptional food, and genuine hospitality. We combine bold Mexican flavors with classic Italian comfort to create a refined yet welcoming dining experience where both guests and staff feel at home.
We are seeking friendly, professional, and dependable Servers and Bartenders who enjoy working with people, take pride in great service, and want to be part of a close-knit team in a high-quality restaurant environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide an excellent first impression
- Guide guests through the menu, beverages, and daily specials
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the Toast POS system
- Deliver food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high service standards
- Check in with guests and respond promptly to additional needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, bar areas, and dining spaces
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service
- Process guest payments and close checks accurately
- Follow all food safety, health, and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications
- Previous serving or bartending experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
- Must be 18 years or older and eligible to serve alcoholic beverages
- Weekend availability required
