Position Title: Sales Representative – Join our dynamic team at CET a leading provider of consumables for paint finishing operations. We specialize in offering a wide range of products, including spray guns, paint pumps, powder coating applications and parts, air and fluid hoses, fittings, paint booths and filters. We are dedicated to providing comprehensive solutions to our customers’ needs and ensuring their success in their paint finishing operations
Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the industrial equipment or manufacturing market sector. The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing, maintaining and growing relationships with existing customers, identifying sales opportunities, and promoting our products and services. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from small businesses to large corporations, and to contribute to the growth and success of our company.
Position Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers in the paint finishing industry.
2. Identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet or exceed stated sales targets.
3. Provide product demonstrations and technical assistance as required.
4. Collaborate with the CET team to ensure customer satisfaction, resolve outstanding issues, and concerns.
5. Quickly establish a solid working knowledge and stay informed about industry news, trends, competitor activities and market developments.
6. Create, prepare and present sales proposals, quotes and contracts to new prospects and existing customers to drive incremental revenue.
7. Selectively attend trade shows, conferences and networking events to grow the CET brand and drive sales.
Position Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
2. Proven track record of sales success
3. Strong knowledge of industrial equipment, particularly in the paint finishing sector
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Strong personal drive and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport with new sales prospects and existing customers
6. Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work under pressure
7. Ability to travel as required to meet sales requirements and attend events
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and sales CRM software.
