What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Control position at Coating Application Technologies?
We are looking for someone who pays close attention to detail and has at least 3 years of Quality Control Experience in a manufacturing environment and ideally 1 year of experience in silk screening or pad printing to join our team. This role would be coupled with various responsibilities in the Quality Control / Packing Department.
Pay to commensurate with experience.
Primary Responsibilities:
-QC of painted parts prior to packing
-deflashing/ deburring / touch up
-Referring to job traveler and/or print to choose screen needed and ink.
-Mix inks as needed and re-order ink stock accordingly
-Inspect parts prior to marking .
-Clean screens and keep screen inventory organized
-Operate Pad printers/ install pads/ adjust and re-order pads when necessary.
-Packing
