Position Overview:
We are seeking a Detailer and Paint Correction & Finishing Expert who takes pride in their craft and thrives in a meticulous, professional environment. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to restore and refine paint surfaces to perfection, delivering mirror-like finishes worthy of luxury and exotic vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform multi-stage paint correction to remove swirls, scratches, oxidation, and other imperfections.
- Conduct advanced polishing and refinement to achieve flawless paint finishes.
- Assess vehicle paint condition and recommend appropriate correction levels.
- Collaborate with PPF and Tint teams to ensure optimal preparation and results.
- Maintain a spotless and professional workspace; handle each vehicle with white-glove care.
- Communicate professionally with clients when needed; explain services and outcomes clearly.
- Use and maintain high-end tools and products
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in paint correction (2 years preferred).
- Deep knowledge of compounds, polishes, pads, and rotary/DA machine operation.
- Extreme attention to detail and a passion for perfection.
- Professional appearance and demeanor—this is a client-facing, brand-representing role.
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a team environment and meet high standards without shortcuts.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working on luxury, exotic, or collectible vehicles.
- Familiarity with ceramic coatings and paint protection film.
- Certifications from detailing schools or training programs
