Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems, ensuring prompt delivery
- Mix drinks and serve beverages responsibly at the bar, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in all service areas, adhering to food handling regulations
- Assist with food service during busy periods, including serving meals at tables or during catering and banquet events
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables or bar patrons simultaneously while maintaining excellent customer service
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or food industry experience, especially in fine dining or nightclub environments preferred
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude and the ability to engage guests positively
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Experience with serving alcohol responsibly and understanding beverage menus, including brewing knowledge if applicable
- Basic math skills for retail math, and accurate order processing
