CoaterZ is a rapidly growing automotive protection and customization company specializing in ceramic coatings, paint protection film (PPF), window tint, wraps, and accessories. We are expanding fast through franchise locations and are looking for a dedicated Google Ads Specialist to help us drive qualified leads and maximize ROI on our ad spend.
Position Overview
The Google Ads Specialist will be responsible for daily management, optimization, and performance tracking of all Google Ads campaigns across multiple CoaterZ locations. This person will ensure we are capturing high-quality leads, reducing wasted ad spend, and improving conversion rates. They will be expected to provide weekly performance reports and meet with location managers to review results, insights, and next steps.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and optimize Google Ads campaigns daily to maximize lead quality and ROI.
- Track and review daily leads to identify bad or wasted leads and adjust targeting accordingly.
- Analyze campaign performance to identify what is and isn’t working.
- Provide weekly performance reports including:
- Total leads generated
- Cost per lead
- Lead-to-close conversion rates
- Lead response and conversion times
- High-performing vs. underperforming campaigns and keywords
- Implement strategies to reduce cost per lead and improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with each CoaterZ location weekly to review performance, discuss opportunities, and make data-driven adjustments.
- Stay up to date with Google Ads trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Manage keyword lists, negative keywords, and campaign structures to maximize efficiency.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure campaign alignment with company goals.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns (PPC/SEM).
- Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion optimization.
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and call tracking systems.
- Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present insights clearly to non-marketers.
- Experience working with multiple locations or franchises is a plus.
- Automotive or service industry experience is a plus but not required.
