The Role
We are looking for a highly independent, skilled Dog Groomer to take complete ownership of their station. Because we are an actively expanding small business, we need someone who is adaptable and thrives in an environment of growth and change. You will have the autonomy to manage your workflow while helping us build out this exciting new phase of our salon.

Responsibilities
- Provide full-service, one-on-one grooming including bathing, drying, clipping, styling, nail trims, and ear cleaning.
- Ensure a safe, calm, and hygienic grooming experience for every dog.
- Manage your workspace and adapt smoothly as salon processes evolve with our growth.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with pet parents.
Requirements
- Proven professional dog grooming experience.
- Strong ability to work independently, manage your own pace, and embrace organizational change.
- Gentle, patient handling skills with an emphasis on low-stress techniques.
- Reliable attendance for the scheduled Saturday through Tuesday shifts.
Pay: $750.00 - $1,000.00 per week
