Position Overview
We are seeking several Sewing Machinery Operators to create the sewn fabric components of our beach chairs. This is a key role in our early-stage production environment, offering substantial opportunity for growth and development with the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate industrial sewing machines
- Handle and prepare fabric materials with precision
- Sew, assemble, and reinforce fabrics to meet production specifications
- Perform basic troubleshooting (thread tension, threading, minor adjustments)
- Inspect stitching quality and final pieces for consistency and excellence
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Support production efforts aligned with Safety → Quality → Delivery → Cost
Qualifications
- Experience with industrial sewing machinery
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce consistent, high-quality work
- Ability to follow standardized production processes
- Manual dexterity and strong hand–eye coordination
- Reliability and willingness to grow with the company
