Property Manager Assistant
Location: Gulf Shores & Orange Beach, AL

Coastline Property Management is seeking a motivated Property Manager Assistant to help support our team managing Homeowners Associations (HOAs) and Condominium Owner Associations (COAs) in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, AL.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Senior Property Managers with daily operations, communications, and follow-up
- Help oversee smaller properties, ensuring maintenance and resident issues are handled promptly
- Coordinate with vendors, maintenance teams, and residents for repairs and routine tasks
- Prepare documents, reports, and meeting materials for HOA/COA boards
- Update property files, records, and databases
- Handle email, phone, and in-person inquiries professionally
- Schedule inspections, meetings, and walkthroughs
- Support the completion of compliance tasks and regulatory filings
Requirements:
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Positive attitude and willingness to support others
- Professional demeanor with reliable follow-up skills
- Proficiency with email, Microsoft Office, and basic recordkeeping
- Prior property management or HOA/COA experience
- AppFolio experience a plus

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
