Role Description
The Loan Officer Assistant is a full-time, on-site role located in Pasadena, MD. This role involves supporting loan officers with processing loan applications, preparing documentation, assisting customers, facilitating communication among stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with underwriting requirements. The assistant will help streamline the mortgage process while maintaining excellent client service.
Qualifications
- Experience working with Loan Officers and knowledge of the Mortgage Industry.
- Strong Customer Service skills and ability to build relationships with clients.
- Familiarity with underwriting processes and related documentation.
