We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Boat Detailer to help keep boats looking their best. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, being around the water, and takes pride in a job well done.
Responsibilities
- Wash, clean, and detail boat exteriors and interiors
- Waxing, polishing, buffing, oxidation removal and applying protective coatings as needed
- Clean seats, decks, cabins, and storage areas
- Use cleaning tools and products safely and properly
- Inspect boats for damage or maintenance issues and report findings
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements
- Previous detailing or marine experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Comfortable with physical work (bending, lifting, standing)
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; comfortable driving boats or related vehicles is a plus
Part-time hours
- Flexible scheduling [weekdays / weekends ]
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Pinellas County, FL
