This is a Sunday through Thursday position with weekend call.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operations of the office.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries
- Manage office supplies and inventory.
- Maintain filing systems and databases.
- Prepare and edit documents and reports.
- Manage client Schedules, Billing, and posting payments.
- Assist with event planning and coordination, and laundry as needed.
- Assist with any other projects/tasks as needed.
*Process Payroll
Qualifications:
- Experience with using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Skills:
- Administrative experience is a plus!
