Essential Duties include:
- Interview member to discuss loan options, gather required documentation, and communicate decisions effectively.
- Advise members through loan closing documents, explain terms, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Follow up with members, manage loan queues, and work towards increasing booking ratios.
- Create and review loan files for accuracy and completeness.
- Achieve personal sales targets by identifying and cross-selling beneficial products and services.
- Collaborate with team members and work toward overall team success.
Required skills:
- Proficiency in PC skills and Microsoft Office
- Maintain a high standard for accuracy and attention to detail
- Provide friendly, professional, accurate service and support to all members and staff
Education and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years as a Lending Specialist or equivalent position at a comparable financial institution.
- High school diploma or equivalency required. Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred.
