The team at Coastline is looking to hire a Yard Maintenance associate for their Long Beach, CA branch and look to find an enthusiastic candidate to round out the team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Equipment Handling & Maintenance: Clean and prepare purchased equipment for delivery, move equipment and organize display areas, and maintain wash rack supplies and cleanliness.
• Inventory & Logistics Support: Assist with inventory control of attachments, support shipping and receiving operations, and pick up and deliver parts using company vehicle.
• Facility Upkeep: Maintain dealership grounds free of debris and perform outdoor tasks independently.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience:Must be able to utilize small tools and possess a mechanical background.
• Technical Skills:Experience with software, computers, and office equipment.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work well with co-workers, vendors, and customers.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Industry Experience: Knowledge of John Deere equipment and competitors.

Physical Requirements

• Driving: Must be able to drive and travel in a vehicle. For the purposes of driving, must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Physical Conditions: Must be able to lift 15 pounds.
