Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Equipment Sales professional. Based in Henderson, NV, this position involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their equipment needs, and providing tailored solutions from our wide range of construction machinery. Responsibilities include generating leads, conducting equipment demonstrations, preparing quotes, negotiating sales contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role also includes collaborating with other departments, staying informed on industry trends, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Proven sales skills, including proficiency in lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation.
- Familiarity with construction equipment, machinery features, and operational capabilities.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills to engage effectively with clients.
- Organizational and time management skills for handling multiple sales opportunities and tasks.
- Ability to work on-site in Henderson, NV, and travel as needed for client meetings or demonstrations.
