As a member of our sales team, you will have primary contact with our varied customers to manage inbound inquiries and drive ongoing sales development. Responsibilities


  • Establish specifications and precise application requirements for customer projects
  • Prepare quotations, bills of material, and drive sales through to a successful conclusion
  • Respond to and manage inquiries via phone, email, and webchat
  • Proactively identify new opportunities through inbound channels, existing databases, and marketing results
  • Collaborate with direct marketing efforts in coordination with the marketing team
  • Coordinate the timely management of leads to account executives and quickly respond to customer requests during and after the sale
  • Fully utilize the HubSpot CRM to drive its maximum effectiveness
  • Consult and coordinate technical product requirements with our purchasing and production teams, maintaining clear communication from sale to shipment


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree with prior sales/service experience, OR technical acumen with computing and/or the markets we serve
  • An entrepreneurial outlook and an understanding of the energy and pace required to keep up in a rapidly growing technical environment
  • The agility to shift priorities and quickly refocus on immediate tasks
  • A basic understanding of computer components and the ability to learn how they are leveraged for outcomes
  • A genuine excitement to be part of building the right hardware for projects that are changing the world
  • An upbeat attitude with an understanding that every day is filled with both challenges and opportunities
