Rogero Wealth Planning is a client-focused financial planning firm in St. Augustine, Florida, seeking an organized, detail-oriented paraplanner to support Philip D. Rogero and the team in delivering comprehensive financial planning and outstanding client service. You will work directly alongside the team, gain hands-on exposure to the planning process, and follow a clear path to grow your responsibilities and build a long-term career in financial services.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and assemble financial planning materials, analyses, and client-facing deliverables ahead of client meetings.
- Gather, organize, and maintain accurate client data, account information, and records within the firm's CRM and planningsystems.
- Assist with the preparation, processing, and follow-up of new business, applications, and service requests.
- Coordinate client meetings, scheduling, and post-meeting action items and correspondence.
- Support the day-to-day operational, administrative, and workflow needs of the firm.
- Perform all responsibilities in accordance with firm procedures and applicable MML Investors Services and regulatory compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail, withthe ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and a professional,client-first demeanor.
- Comfort with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn CRMand financial planning software.
- Discretion and a commitment to maintaining the confidentiality ofsensitive client information.
- Reliable availability for a full-time, in-office schedule.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior financial services or administrative experience.
- 2-15 Florida Health & Life license (including Annuities& Variable Contracts).
- A desire to grow professionally and pursue additionalindustry licensing.
Schedule & Benefits:
- Full-time, in-office schedule: 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (30-minute lunch)
- 10 days of paid vacation annually (after a 90-day introductory period, and to be coordinated with Philip), plus paid holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, and December 24–26.

Compensation & Growth:
- Competitive, based on experience (W-2, paid biweekly). Rogero Wealth Planning actively encourages professional growth: the firm covers the cost of the 2-15 licensing exam, and obtaining industry licenses is rewarded with increases to your base salary.
