Your Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. You’ll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide top-notch support, all while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This position requires strong communication skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer calls regarding waste collection services, billing, and account management
- Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently to ensure a positive experience
- Process service requests, cancellations, and account updates with accuracy
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
- Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure timely service delivery
- Provide clear information about services, policies, and procedures
- Follow up with customers to confirm issue resolution and satisfaction
- Assist with reporting and documentation as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related fields is a plus
- Previous experience as a customer service representative, preferably in waste management or a related industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in customer service software and other relevant computer applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
- Strong organizational and time management skills
