Your Role:
The Sales Platform Owner oversees sales technology platforms, with a primary focus on Salesforce and digital demand generation. This role is responsible for developing and executing SEO strategy, managing relationships with third-party partners, and ensuring alignment between sales operations and digital marketing initiatives to drive business growth
- Manage, maintain, and optimize the Salesforce platform to support sales operations and business objectives.
- Develop and implement Salesforce strategies, workflows, and automations to improve efficiency and data integrity.
- Oversee system upgrades, integrations, and enhancements, ensuring seamless connectivity with other business systems.
- Provide training and support to Salesforce users, driving adoption and best practices.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and IT teams to translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions.
- Own the SEO strategy for the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals and digital demand generation.
- Select, onboard, and manage third-party SEO agencies or consultants, including contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and relationship management.
- Set clear objectives, KPIs, and deliverables for SEO partners; review and approve strategic recommendations and campaign plans.
- Monitor and report on SEO performance, leveraging insights from third-party partners to inform leadership and drive continuous improvement.
- Integrate Salesforce with marketing automation platforms for seamless lead flow and reporting.
- Stay current on Salesforce releases, SEO trends, and industry best practices, advising leadership accordingly.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing Salesforce platforms (administration, configuration, customization)
- Experience in developing and overseeing SEO strategy, including managing third-party SEO partners
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning)
- Ability to interpret SEO analytics and reports provided by external partners
- Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification preferred
