- Excellent communication and listening skills required for collaborating within the design team and with multidisciplinary project teams
- Ability to manage projects of varying scales and timelines to keep projects progressing on-time
- Possess a growth mindset – to provide creative opportunities and solutions that can be implemented into projects and impart these solutions to clients and developing team members
- Self-motivator and attention to detail to produce quality renderings, presentations and construction documents
- Possess Excellent Time management skills

- Bachelors or Masters of Landscape Architecture from Accredited Program
- Candidate shall possess strong communication and creative problem-solving skills
- Eagerness to learn and commitment to professional & personal development is required.
- Attention to detail
- Strong digital and hand drawing skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively through writing and graphics required
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, & Sketchup
- Experience with digital rendering software is preferred
