Job Title: RN Subacute Per Diem 3-11 or 11-7 shift

What you’ll do
- Deliver compassionate nursing care to patients in a subacute environment, focusing on their individual needs, medical needs and preferences.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history, and physical assessments.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and best practices.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Provide education to patients and families regarding health management, medication administration, and treatment options.
- Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) systems effectively for documentation and communication purposes.
- Maintain compliance with infection control standards and uphold HIPAA regulations at all times.
Basic qualifications
- Current RN license in good standing.
- At least 6 months experience in SNF or Subacute Unit setting.
Preferred qualifications
- Background in SNF or Subacute setting for at least 6 months.
- Proficiency in IV infusion, medication administration, and patient assessment techniques.
