Responsibilities
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness by thoroughly washing dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to ensure safety and hygiene compliance.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, portioning, and organizing ingredients to support chefs and kitchen staff.
- Help with bussing tables and clearing dining areas to maintain a clean and inviting atmosphere for guests.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold health regulations and prevent cross-contamination.
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth workflow during busy service times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper cleaning techniques and sanitation standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, catering, or hotel environments is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is key!
- Knowledge of basic food handling, cleaning procedures, and kitchen safety standards.
