This full-time, on-site Alaska MCR (Master Control Room) opportunity is located in Anchorage, AK, and offers training for candidates aspiring to join the broadcasting field. The role involves overseeing the operation of the master control room, including monitoring broadcast signals, managing live programming transitions, and ensuring compliance with broadcasting standards. The successful candidate will collaborate with technical teams to maintain smooth broadcast operations and address any technical issues promptly.

• Basic technical aptitude and a willingness to learn broadcast control room operations
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
• General computer skills, including familiarity with software and digital systems
• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Punctuality and reliability in adhering to work schedules
• Prior experience in broadcasting or media production is a plus
