What You’ll Do

Oversee all day-to-day accounting functions including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger

Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes with strict adherence to deadlines

Lead internal and external audit preparation and ensure compliance with GAAP standards

Perform and review account reconciliations for all key accounts, including balance sheet and bank accounts

Analyze and prepare detailed financial statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness

Maintain and enhance internal accounting controls and documentation

Supervise, train, and mentor accounting team members—establishing accountability and process consistency

Collaborate with operations and project management teams to align financial reporting with business performance

Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and reporting efficiencies

Utilize QuickBooks to manage financial transactions and reporting
What You’ll Bring

Active CPA license (required)

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

8 years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory responsibilities

Strong knowledge of GAAP, audits, financial statement preparation, and reconciliations

Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel

Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
-
Construction industry experience preferred but not required
