Responsibilities
Education
High school diploma or GED equivalent; Some college coursework or leadership training
Experience
1-2 years of experience in a production or packing environment
Experience in a leadership or team support role in a food production setting
Basic food safety or OSHA certification preferred

- Assist Team Lead in managing daily activities on assigned lines
- Ensure line is clean, organized, and operating safely
- Provide guidance and direction to packing associates during shifts
- Monitor line performance and suggest improvements
- Communicate any issues or concerns to the Team Lead
- Assist in training and onboarding new associates
- Ensure packing procedures are followed for quality and efficiency
- Support shift changeovers and completion of daily tasks
Education
