Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (Clinic-Based)
Coastal Speech Therapy – North Carolina
Total Compensation: $85,000–$100,000
Coastal Speech Therapy is seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing clinic-based team. This position focuses on providing high-quality, child-centered therapy in a supportive, collaborative clinic environment.
Position Highlights
- Clinic-based pediatric caseload
- Play-based, evidence-driven therapy
- Full administrative, scheduling, and billing support
- Consistent caseload with weekly payroll
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat children with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care
- Complete daily documentation in EHR
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- North Carolina license (or temporary license/CF with path to full licensure)
- Pediatric experience preferred; CFs encouraged to apply
