Job Title: Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA) – Part-Time
Location: Coastal Shores Assisted Living: 142 Neptune Drive, Brunswick, ME
Position Summary
Coastal Shores Assisted Living is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA) to join our team in a part-time capacity. This role is essential in ensuring our residents receive safe, timely medication administration while supporting their overall well-being and quality of life.
This position includes every other weekend and offers competitive incentives on top of base pay.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications accurately in accordance with physician orders and state regulations
- Monitor residents for medication effectiveness and potential side effects
- Maintain accurate documentation and medication records
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
- Communicate effectively with nursing staff and leadership regarding resident care
- Ensure a safe, clean, and respectful environment for all residents
Qualifications
- Active CRMA certification (required)
- Prior experience in assisted living or long-term care preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Compassionate, patient, and resident-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Schedule
- Part-time hours
- Includes every other weekend requirement
- Additional shifts may be available based on facility needs
