Job Description
Coastal Shield Window Tinting is a growing, locally owned company serving Edgewater, New Smyrna Beach, Daytona Beach, and the surrounding areas. We are looking for an experienced Automotive Window Tint Installer who takes pride in producing high-quality work and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
- Install automotive window tint on a variety of vehicle makes and models
- Heat shrink and install rear windows with precision
- Maintain contamination-free installations and clean work areas
- Inspect completed installations to ensure the highest quality standards
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Properly care for company tools and equipment
- Assist with occasional residential or commercial projects (a plus but not required)
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional automotive window tinting experience
- Strong heat shrinking and hand-cutting skills
- Experience using plotters and computer-cut patterns preferred
- Ability to install tint without fingers, contamination, or excessive light gaps
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Excellent attention to detail
- Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ceramic window films
- Experience with residential or commercial flat glass
- Experience with paint protection film (PPF), vinyl wraps, or windshield protection film is a plus
