Position Summary
The District Manager oversees security operations, staffing, and client relationships across an assigned district, ensuring services are delivered in line with client contracts and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily security operations across all client sites within the district
- Manage, coach, and evaluate Site Supervisors and security personnel; ensure adequate staffing and coverage
- Serve as primary point of contact for client relations within the district
- Ensure post orders and services meet client contract requirements and company policy
- Participate in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training of district personnel
- Review and approve employee timesheets and schedules
- Investigate and respond to incidents and disciplinary matters within the district
- Track and report on district KPIs (turnover, incidents, staffing, client retention)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Prior supervisory/management experience in security, law enforcement, or military required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to travel regularly between sites and work flexible hours as needed
