Position Summary

The District Manager will oversee multiple client accounts, guiding a team of site supervisors and officers to consistently provide safe, smooth, and customer-focused operations. What We’re Looking For
5 years of management experience in security, hospitality, or another customer-service–driven industry.

Proven success in leading teams, building relationships, and achieving operational goals.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills—someone who is both approachable and assertive.

Ability to balance big-picture leadership with attention to key operational details.

Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends when needed.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

SLED security officer license preferred (training provided if needed).
