Job description
We are looking for career-minded, motivated, organized, charismatic individuals seeking a rewarding position in the restaurant industry. A passion for food, beverage, people and hospitality are a must.
- All positions require 3 years of experience in an upscale or fine dining atmosphere.
- Experience and care for creating craft and classic cocktails in a fast paced environment
- Basic or advanced knowledge of wine is a plus
- Commitment to quality, excellence, and genuine hospitality
- Ability to create unique guest experiences by providing warm, friendly, and knowledgeable service.
- Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and written communication skills
- Ability to listen, communicate, and make connections with team members and guests
- Neat and well-groomed appearance and have required uniform and tools
- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time, and lift up to 50lbs
- Flexibility with a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, holidays and extended hours
