As a Housekeeper, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our multifamily or student housing apartment community. Your efforts will create a welcoming and comfortable environment for residents and guests. This is a full-time, non-exempt position reporting to the Property Manager.

The Griff off-campus apartments in Columbus, OH, offer a dynamic living experience with spacious 1, 2, 3, and 4-bedroom student apartments conveniently located near Ohio State University. Each apartment comes fully furnished with in-unit washers and dryers, air conditioning, and high-speed internet access.

What You’ll Own:
- Clean, stock, and supply designated facility areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces such as ceiling vents and restrooms.
- Perform and document routine inspections and maintenance activities to ensure cleanliness standards are consistently met.
- Take on heavy-duty cleaning tasks and special projects as assigned.
- Communicate with management regarding recurring deficiencies or areas needing repair.
- Manage supply rooms by organizing, stocking, and ensuring readiness for use.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist with other duties as directed by management.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous housekeeping experience is a plus but not required—we’ll provide training to help you succeed.
- Basic English communication skills to follow instructions and report issues.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
