What You’ll Own:
- Keep all interior and exterior areas clean, safe, and presentable at all times, including buildings, common areas, amenities, and grounds. Tasks include picking up litter, sweeping, blowing, or pressure-washing breezeways, parking lots, and other shared spaces.
- Care for plants, shrubs, and flowers by watering and ensuring their healthy appearance.
- Assist with swimming pool cleaning and maintenance to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Support unit turnover processes, including trashing out vacant units and collaborating with vendors to maintain quality standards.
- Provide friendly and professional service to current, future, and past residents, including delivering and posting newsletters and correspondence.
- Inspect the property daily to identify and address hazardous conditions or liability concerns.
- Use property resources, equipment, and supplies efficiently and safely.
- Assist with light maintenance duties as needed.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned by management.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic English communication skills to follow instructions and interact with residents and team members.
- Basic computer skills for completing work orders or other property tasks.
- Previous experience in groundskeeping, general maintenance, or housekeeping is preferred but not required.
- Physical ability to frequently walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift/move loads up to 50 lbs, as well as climb and work from ladders.
- Must live within 30 miles of the property and have reliable transportation to participate in on-call duties.
