Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Paraprofessional role located in Jacksonville, NC. The Paraprofessional will provide direct support and assistance to clients, helping them with daily living activities, maintaining a safe and nurturing environment, and fostering their independence. Responsibilities include implementing individualized support plans, assisting with tasks such as personal care and transportation, and collaborating with team members to deliver high-quality care and services. Accurate documentation and adherence to company policies and procedures are also required.
Qualifications
- Experience in personal care, daily living assistance, and fostering client independence
- Skills in effective communication and teamwork for collaborative environments
