Position Summary
Coastal Pump & Equipment is hiring a Marketing and Sales Support Specialist to help manage marketing projects, coordinate events, and support sales teams across all branches in Louisiana and Texas. If you’re organized, proactive, and skilled at managing projects from concept to completion, this role offers a chance to make a big impact across a growing regional team. You’ll plan and execute marketing initiatives, support the sales process, and help ensure Coastal’s brand remains consistent and visible across all locations.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing and Communications
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives in coordination with leadership
- Gather photos, stories, and testimonials from branches and customers for use in marketing materials and social media
- Create and schedule posts for LinkedIn and Facebook, maintaining a consistent brand voice
- Manage updates to the company’s Shopify website to ensure product information, locations, and news remain current and accurate
- Design and update flyers, signage, and promotional materials using approved templates or design tools
- Coordinate company events, sponsorships, and trade shows, including planning, logistics, and post-event recaps
- Plan and manage email campaigns to support sales goals, including contact list management and performance tracking
- Track and report on marketing activities, engagement metrics, and event performance
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials
Sales Support
- Partner with sales teams across all branches to assess needs and coordinate marketing materials or initiatives that support their goals
- Maintain CRM accuracy by organizing contact details, tracking opportunities, and updating lead lists
- Assist with creating and organizing sales presentations, proposals, and introductory materials
- Coordinate cross-branch communication on marketing campaigns, events, and new initiatives
- Support leadership with reports and summaries on marketing activity, event performance, and upcoming sales opportunities
Qualifications
- 4 to 6 years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, or sales support
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across departments
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office; familiarity with Mailchimp, Canva, or Shopify a plus
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively with teams across multiple locations
