CPM Lawn Care and Landscaping is hiring Lawn Care Laborers to assist with daily lawn maintenance for residential and commercial properties. This is a hands-on outdoor position focused on production, reliability, and teamwork.

Duties
- Assist with mowing, edging, string trimming, and blowing
- Perform general lawn and landscape maintenance
- Load and unload equipment and materials
- Keep trucks, trailers, and equipment clean and organized
- Follow instructions from Crew Leaders and Supervisors
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
- Maintain a professional attitude on job sites
Qualifications
- Lawn care or landscaping experience preferred (not required)
- Strong work ethic and dependability
- Ability to perform physical outdoor work daily
- Ability to work in Florida heat and weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
Job Details
- Pay: $15.50 – $18.50 per hour
- Schedule: Full-Time, Year-Round
- Location: Fort Walton Beach / Destin / Niceville
