Coastal Precast Systems is seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position for an organized, safety-minded individual ready to lead daily warehouse operations and support our production goals.
🔧 Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping
- Manage warehouse staff and schedules
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
- Maintain accurate inventory records and reporting
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and purchasing teams
- Identify opportunities for process improvements
✅ Requirements:
- Previous experience in warehouse or logistics management (precast or construction industry a plus)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment
- Basic computer skills (inventory systems, spreadsheets, etc.)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physical environment
- Bilingual (Spanish- English) preferred but not required.
